Dear Readers,

As I reflect on my journey in education and my time at Guntur Vikas Junior College, I am filled with immense gratitude for the opportunities and inspiration that have shaped my career. A significant part of my success can be attributed to the visionary leadership of Mr. Koteswara Rao Garu, the founder of Guntur Vikas Colleges. His unwavering support and belief in my abilities have been instrumental in my professional growth, and I sincerely appreciate his acknowledgment of my work.

Inspired by Mr. Rao's vision, I felt a strong commitment to carry forward the legacy of 'Vikas,' which began in 2008. This motivation led me to establish a school that not only honors that legacy but also nurtures the potential of every student. Despite facing challenges, including the departure of some colleagues, I have been fortunate to work on my own potential and develop innovative programs like VIIT (Vikas Institute of IIT Training).

My enthusiasm and passion for developing students' futures have greatly enriched the educational experience we strive to provide. In 2019, we expanded our vision to incorporate the VIIT program, recognizing that traditional school hours alone are insufficient for rigorous preparation for competitive exams like JEE Mains and Advanced. By extending our operational hours from 8 AM to 8 PM, we provide our students with 7 hours focused on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, aimed at ensuring their success in IIT entrance examinations.

Looking ahead, I am excited to share our plans to launch the new Guntur campus in the academic year 2025-2026. We have long aspired to create a residential campus, and Guntur has emerged as the ideal location, given its esteemed position in the educational landscape. Our objective is to provide high-quality education, foster healthy competition, and create an environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.

I am optimistic about this new chapter and look forward to the positive impact it will have on our students and the community as a whole. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported us on this journey. Together, we can inspire and empower the next generation of learners, and I am confident that our collective efforts will shape a brighter future for all.
