Slip Tests
Slip tests are now known as assignments and are conducted at the end of each lesson. Assignment marks are a part of the formative assessments.
Sports/Extra Curricular Activities
Sports and extra-curricular activities are an integral part of education in the school. All students are expected to participate in them for all-round development.
Progress Reports
Reports are comprehensive and cumulative. They cover a broad range of skills and attitudes, as well as exam results. After each examination, the report will be given to the parent by conducting a parent meeting.
Meeting the Teachers
After each exam, we will conduct a session for parents to discuss their child's progress with the teachers. Communication between home and school is vitally important, and we encourage parents to take an active role in their child's education.
Parents Cooperation
We request that parents attend all meetings with the principal or teachers without fail, when they are called. This will ensure that parents are informed and involved in their child's education, and that we can work together to provide the best possible support for our students.
A+ Badges
A+ Badges are awarded to students from Class 1 and above who achieve an A1 grade in all subjects. These badges are a symbol of excellence and should be worn on the shirt daily. The badges will be collected back from the students just before the commencement of the next assessment.
Homework
Homework will be recorded daily in the school diary, according to the school's homework timetable. Parents are requested to ensure that their child completes the homework and signs the diary to acknowledge that the homework is complete.
Library
Students from Class 1 to 10 can take books home by joining the school library club. Students are expected to take good care of the library books and return them on time.
Holidays
The school will issue a list of holidays at the beginning of the year. Parents are requested to plan their vacations accordingly and ensure that their child does not miss any school days.
SMS
The school may send urgent messages by SMS to parents' cell phones about changes in the school schedule. Parents are requested to inform the school whenever their cell phone number or address changes, so that we can keep them updated.
Facebook or Instagram
Facebook and other social networking sites are banned for students. Parents are requested to caution their child not to have any such accounts, as they can be a distraction and may not be suitable for children.
