All day scholars must arrive 10 minutes before the start of their morning session. Latecomers will face disciplinary action. All bus students must be on time for the bus at the bus pick-up point. The bus will not wait for latecomers
The school operates a fee-paying bus service. Details can be obtained from the school office. Students must travel by the scheduled trip only
Parents and visitors are permitted to enter the school campus to visit the administrative office during office hours only
No student is permitted to leave the school premises during school hours without parental permission. Parents must authorize early departure from the school through the diary or personal request at the office. A gate pass will be issued only after a parental request
If you need to meet with the principal, please make a prior appointment at the school office. Appointments are available only between 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for primary and 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for high school
Students are required to be in full uniform from the first day of school. They must be neatly groomed and dressed in a clean and tidy uniform every day. The uniform must be in the correct color shade and model. The full uniform includes a belt, socks, shoes, and ID card. The sports uniform will be worn on Saturdays
Students must speak only in English while on the school campus. All students participate in regular spoken English programs. Conversation, fluency, and pronunciation are evaluated through practical exercises
The phonetic system of English is taught to the children. Children learn new concepts through theme work and play activities. The emphasis in theme work is on the development of understanding, interest, and spoken language. Parents are requested to interact with their children at home about the current theme being taught at school
The comprehensive curriculum will be followed for nursery to grade 5. The assessment pattern includes formative and summative assessments. Formative assessments include tests, projects, assignments, and practical activities. Summative assessments are term-end examinations

Sports and extra-curricular activities are an integral part of education in the school. All students are expected to participate in them for all-round development
Reports are comprehensive and cumulative. They cover a broad range of skills and attitudes, as well as exam results. After each examination, the report will be given to the parent by conducting a parent meeting
After each exam, we will conduct a session for parents to discuss their child's progress with the teachers. Communication between home and school is vitally important, and we encourage parents to take an active role in their child's education
We request that parents attend all meetings with the principal or teachers without fail, when they are called. This will ensure that parents are informed and involved in their child's education, and that we can work together to provide the best possible support for our students
A+ Badges are awarded to students from Class 1 and above who achieve an A1 grade in all subjects. These badges are a symbol of excellence and should be worn on the shirt daily. The badges will be collected back from the students just before the commencement of the next assessment.
Homework will be recorded daily in the school diary, according to the school's homework timetable. Parents are requested to ensure that their child completes the homework and signs the diary to acknowledge that the homework is complete
Students from Class 1 to 10 can take books home by joining the school library club. Students are expected to take good care of the library books and return them on time
The school will issue a list of holidays at the beginning of the year. Parents are requested to plan their vacations accordingly and ensure that their child does not miss any school days
The school may send urgent messages by SMS to parents' cell phones about changes in the school schedule. Parents are requested to inform the school whenever their cell phone number or address changes, so that we can keep them updated
Facebook and other social networking sites are banned for students. Parents are requested to caution their child not to have any such accounts, as they can be a distraction and may not be suitable for children
